Most don't know this yet, but my phone fried. I guess I loaded the thing past capacity. I had been transferring files (mp3 clips for ringtones as well as pics) on and off the phone. Last time I did, I got a snowy screen like the cable got shut off for nonpayment. OH SNAP!!
I took it to the VZW store and got it exchanged (won't get into that right now) and when I got home, no file transfer capabilities. apparently newer software versions had been released since my original purchase, and VZW crippled the fun bluetooth stuff. After about a week of Google, Howards Forums, and about $25.00 out of pocket and paypal, I was able to restore transfer to my phone. {{Happy ending}}
