As most know my reading my incongruous musings, I work in a call center environment. As a front lines personal interface with the public, I often hear little jewels of (a lack of) wisdom. I have decided to begin sharing those with those that choose to read my posts. Now i have an inkling of where Scott Adams got some of his early ideas from (author/creator of Dilbert, formally employed by a major phone company).
